Our Programs

A 10 week program designed to give you meaningful results much faster than traditional outpatient therapy without disrupting your work or school schedule.

Meet in small groups 3 nights a week from 5:30-8:30 pm and spend one hour a week individually with a therapist.

The thought of group therapy can feel intimidating but it has many benefits that can’t be gained from individual therapy alone.

  • Have your story witnessed and accepted in a safe space
  • Learn and grow by working through past trauma with others
  • Gain new perspective by seeing yourself through the mirror others hold

"We are born in relationship. We grow in relationship. We are wounded in relationship. And we are healed in relationship."

Medication management for depression, anxiety, and bipolar II disorder is offered to all of our patients as an additional service if desired. Meet with a medical professional to discuss if medication as part of your treatment plan is right for you.

Peer Support Services

Peer support is offered to patients enrolled in our intensive outpatient program and is designed to help patients and their family members develop skills to aid in their journey to mental wellness. This support is not provided by a therapist but instead is from a certified peer support specialist who is someone who has struggled in the past with their own mental health or addiction and is successfully living in recovery.

Designed to support, restore and maintain community functioning and well-being of adults with severe persistent mental illness. The purpose of the service is to promote recovery, resiliency, and community integration by maintaining the person’s optimal level of functioning and preventing psychiatric decompensation. This program meets 3 days a week for 4 hours a day.
